Dates and Fees China Heritage Program

Zoped Academy China Heritage Program dates:

Participants will depart from San Francisco International Airport. Participants must arrive to San Francisco International Airport on July 1st, 2018 to catch their flight to depart for their host country.

Zoped Academy Heritage Program fees:

  • Early bird special – Before April 15, 2018: USD $6,295
  • After April 16, 2018: USD $6,595

Refer a friend discount: For every friend an applicant refers to ZopED Academy, who applies and is accepted into the program, we will offer a $150 discount. In order to collect the discount, your friend must indicate they were referred by you on their application.

Fee Inclusions

  • Trans-Pacific airfare
  • All domestic transportation
  • Three meals a day and snacks
  • Lodging in standard 3 star hotels with member of the same gender
  • Medical Insurance
  • All program activities including entrance fees and tickets for group excursions
  • All study materials and instructor fees
  • Program Certificate

Not included in fee:

  • Passport and visa fees
  • Personal expenses

Application Timeline

Final Application Deadline: May 15th, 2018 (all materials must be submitted on this date by end of day, PST, including English test results)

*If program space remains after the final application date, ZopED Academy may open a second round of applications with an extended deadline and will notify interested parties if such an extension takes place.

Acceptance Notification: Within one week of receipt of application (students admitted on a rolling basis until final deadline; early application submissions are encouraged to secure a place in the program). With this notification of acceptance students will receive an invoice for their initial program deposit payment, including payment instructions.

Initial Deposit Payment: All participants will need to make a $500 non-refundable deposit payment within 7 days of being notified of their acceptance, in order to secure their place in the program. For those who apply on the final deadline, this deposit payment must be made no later than May 29th, 2017. The deposit payment will be credited toward the total program fee.

Program Fee invoice: Will be sent to students approximately 45 days before the start of program.

Final Payment Due: June 1st, 2018 (Entire remaining program fee must be paid in full by this date. If the fee is not paid by this date, ZopED reserves the right to withdraw the applicant, or may charge a penalty fee of $200 per week)

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • If Participant withdraws 31 days or more prior to the first day of the program, he/she will be refunded 100% of the total ZopED Academy program fee minus the $500 deposit and a cancellation fee of $200.
  • If Participant withdraws 30-16 days prior to the first day of the program, he/she will be refunded 50% of the total ZopED Academy program fee minus the $500 deposit and a cancellation fee of $200.
  • If Participant withdraws 15 days or less from the first day of the program, no refund will be issued.
